establishment of Institut Teknologi Tun Abdul Razak (ITTAR), a junior
college, and Universiti Tun Abdul Razak (UNITAR), the regions's first
on-line English-medium private university with a combined student population
of 12,000. Both institutions are accreditated by the Ministry of Education
of Malaysia.
According to Datuk Hassan Harun, in this age of rapid changes, education has
become an art of life-long learning, unlearning and relearning.
