A. Fee Payments

 

Registration Fee (Non-refundable)

Registration fee pre-school students. Payable upon acceptance of   admission.

Enrolment Fee (Non-refundable)

Primary RM 600.00
   
  Secondary RM1,000.00

(Applicable to primary and secondary school students and payable upon acceptance of admission)

Siblings are entitled to discount on registration and enrolment fees:

 2nd Child

 -   20%
 3rd Child  -   30%
 4th Child  -   40%
 

 

School Fee Deposit (Refundable)

The School Fee Deposit (Deposit) is equivalent to the term fee of the year group your child is in at that time. It will be charged in the first year of enrolment and the fee difference will be charged as the balance of the Deposit in the subsequent academic years or in any term, depending on the level at which the child is studying. It will be charged to 'make-up' the sum of the deposit.

The Deposit is refundable. The Deposit shall be refunded upon request in writing stating your intention of withdrawing your child from WaSIS. The refund cheque will be prepared 45 days following the date of your letter.

However, if the student continues studying at WaSIS until Year 11 to sit for the external Public Examinations, the accumulated deposit shall be set against the final amount due for school fees and the amount would therefore no longer be refunded.

 

 

B. Academic Fee
Academic fee for primary and secondary school is charged per term for 3 terms per year whereas A-Level is charged per semester for 3 semesters per 18-month programme.

All academic fees stated are inclusive of computer facilities and insurance.

Year 5 - 6 RM 1,400.00

Secondary School Fee per term
Year 7 - 9 RM 2,400.00
Year 10 - 11 RM 2,700.00

A-Level Fee per semester
3-subject course RM 4,000.00
4-subject course RM 4,700.00



C. Non-attendance clause

The full amount of Registration/Application and Enrolment Fee and School Fee Deposit will be imposed if the student has been de-registered and / or is absent for a period of more than one term.

(Equivalent to 'Term Fee amount' in each academic year/term)



D. Payment

i.

Invoices will be issued in sealed envelopes to students one month before the end of each term / semester and deemed to have been distributed.

ii.

All payments must be made before commencement of the new term / semester or students will not be allowed to attend the school.

iii.

All fees are to be paid in full irrespective of the length of time in school.

iv.

Payment can be accepted in cash, bank draft or a personal cheque.
